As the Founder and CEO of 111 Capital Group Inc., Jim has spent over two decades helping real estate investors and developers secure the funding they need to bring their projects to life.
A Deep Understanding of Real Estate Finance
Jim obtained his California Real Estate License in 2003 and has been structuring deals ever since. In 2010, he incorporated the predecessor of 111 Capital Group Inc. in Los Angeles, a company built on the foundation of creative financing solutions tailored to the needs of investors, developers, and homeowners.
Through the years, Jim has played a key role in securing a wide range of financing solutions, including:
